Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All Tom Jewel items are made-to-order. Since each piece in our collection is crafted exclusively for you, processing times vary by product. To estimate your order’s arrival date, simply add the product-specific processing time to the shipping time of your chosen logistics method.
Processing Time
The estimated processing time is clearly stated on each product page. Our best-selling styles can be dispatched within 1–2 working days, while engraved pieces, custom-designed items or products made in bespoke sizes may require 10–20 working days for production.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and projected delivery date.
